Lieberman Software’s privileged access management capabilities were selected by Microsoft as a key component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Continuous Diagnostics & Mitigation (CDM) standard reference architecture. The Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) program provides federal departments and agencies with capabilities to identify cybersecurity risks on an ongoing basis, prioritize these risks based upon potential impact, and enable cybersecurity personnel to mitigate the most significant problems first.
The Microsoft Cyber-Resiliency Framework is a blueprint for helping Civilian, Defense and Intelligence agencies meet current and future DHS CDM & NIST requirements. The Framework consists of ‘Best of Breed’ cybersecurity technologies which are tightly integrated with core Microsoft platforms, and provides the automation necessary to protect and monitor government IT infrastructures. Enterprise Random Password Manager™ (ERPM) is a critical component within the Framework, providing credential discovery, security, rotation and privileged access control. Additionally, ERPM provides real-time information and context about privileged account utilization, as well as a detailed audit trail for advanced forensics purposes.
